HOLIDAYS: Aeroplane seats.

Why do you need reclining seats in an aeroplane that is only travelling for two and half hours?

They are just not needed and they are uncomfortable.

If the seat in front of you is lowered then it is right in your face. If you have your table down then it gets too close.
If you are trying to read or use your table for eating the constant movement from the passenger in front tips the table forward and items fall off onto your lap!

I know as this has happened to me on a flight last year. What a mess!

Really people should be able to sit upright for such a short space of time shouldn’t they. It’s not as if the seat suddenly becomes more comfortable when it is in a reclining position. You only have to look at the contortionist bodies trying desperately to get in a comfortable position, when you realise that they just don’t work.

So please when you are on a short haul flight, stay upright! It is so much better for your posture and for the person sitting behind you!

Thought for the day: Today- believe you can!

PS The conclusion to my Sarah story is now ready for you to read.
