I’ve been writing and posting two blogs nearly every week for almost two years (unless I have been on holiday!) and I think that they have come to the end of their effectiveness.
I’ve reviewed the hundred or so blogs that I have written and discovered that there were splashes of inspiration in some of them; some of them were well written (I think! LOL) and hopefully some were humorous.
I’ve written some that readers may have found interesting or informative and I have tried to offer my unique viewpoint on a variety of different topics.
Over the two years I have had up to four hundred visitors to my blogs, which is fantastic- thank you very much for the likes, comments and the time that you have given up in order to read them. It was very much appreciated.
However I feel that I need to take a break (believe you me - the pressure to write two blogs every week has been intense!). I don’t want them to go stale or become boring. So I’m taking a sabbatical for a few months so that I can build up a repertoire of new material.
I also have some writing projects that I want to develop and pursue and in all honesty I don’t think that I can do justice to them both.
Please continue to check out my website as I intend to re-vamp it and you never know if the muse ever overwhelms me I might add a few random blogs every now and then.
I’ll keep you posted.
Thought for the day: Don’t cry over the past; it’s gone
Don’t stress over the future; it hasn’t arrived.
Live in the present and make it beautiful!
